Sunnyside Veterans Consulting was founded by Lude Ricard, MSPT CES, in the wake of the COVID-19 epidemic. Dr. Ricard is a board-certified and licensed physical therapist with 18 plus years of experience working with military veterans and their families. She is the past owner and founder of Sunnyside Physical Therapy & Wellness in San Diego, CA.

With extensive expertise as a board-certified physical therapist, corrective exercise specialist, and registered yoga instructor, she established Sunnyside Physical Therapy & Wellness in 2010 where she worked extensively with active-duty service members, veterans, and their families in the Greater San Diego Area via Tricare, Triwest, Community Care Program, and ChampVA. Through this practice, she learned firsthand the struggles that veterans faced with their VA disability claims and getting the VA disability benefits and rating they deserved.

In recognition for the need for reliable ethical medical providers who can help veterans win their VA disability claims, Dr. Ricard founded Sunnyside Veterans Consulting using decades of knowledge, clinical experience, and extensive research she was able to help thousands of her clients get their claims service-connected. Since then, she has been on a mission to help veterans obtain the maximum VA rating they deserve.
